What's an ERG Anyway?

An ERG or Employee Resource Group can also be known as a Business Resource Group, or Employee Affinity Network Groups, and many countless other variations.

​

Employee Resource Groups are voluntary, employee-led groups whose aim is to foster a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned with the organizations they serve. They're usually led and participated in by employees who share an aspect of their identity, whether it's gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, abilities, and many other dimensions of identity and lived experiences.
