Team Leadership Coaching

Team Leadership is “Creating the conditions that increase the chances that the team will evolve into a self-sustaining, high-performing team.”

As a Team Leadership Coach:

First stage, I work 1:1 with the team leader to:

Review their leadership portfolio (what BUs/functions/outcomes are they responsible for?)
Develop a clear Leadership POV
Conduct a thorough Situation Analysis
Develop Transition Plan for Team Coaching

This phase usually takes 3+ months.

Second, I work with the team to facilitate:

How the team fits with the leadership POV
Team Development Assessment
Goals and Alignment
Roles (Clarification and Enrollment)
Work Procedures and Processes
Interpersonal Relationships
Performance Management

This phase usually lasts 6+ months.
